ABOUT BIKECRAFT RIDER TRAINING CAIRNS
Boss of the bikes is Jeff Read, a well-respected long term Port Douglas local, whose childhood days were spent immersed in the greasy world of motorcycles, thanks to a shared obsession with his father and brothers.
Jeff has explored every nook and cranny of the far north on two wheels, from bush trails to more epic road rides Australia-wide.
Turning his passion and lifestyle into a profession, Jeff obtained his Certificate 1V in Rider Training in 2004, and commenced delivering Q-Ride training and licensing throughout the far north, launching BikeCraft in 2011.
Jeff loves helping people of all walks of life and abilities to get on two wheels and enjoy the vibrant and adventurous local motorcycle community. You’ll find his down-to-earth approach, enthusiasm and passion infectious, and his knowledge second-to-none!

Bikecraft Motorcycle training use well-maintained modern motorcycles and riding gear in a safe and enjoyable training area.
BikeCraft is accredited to provide training and testing services (Q-Ride) by Queensland Transport and Main Roads. Jeff holds a Driver/ Rider Trainer Licence Class QR.
